MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform all the essential duties of the position satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check. May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including successfully completing a thorough background investigation. For positions requiring use of a Company and or Customer vehicle, must have a safe driving record within the past 36 months, as defined by Company policy.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of two (2) years functional experience with computers. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, and Word. Prefer individual familiar with Government Property or Logistics Procedures. Familiar with preparation of various military and government forms desired. Type 50 wpm.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to maintain a valid state driver’s license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties using a computer terminal and other word processors. Provide data entry of proprietary information gathered from the reliability centered maintenance team or production control. Information must be input into a data base program deemed necessary. Compute, classify, record, and summarize financial data to keep and maintain fiscal records according to established bookkeeping and accounting procedures and systems.
PRIMARY DUTIES: The General Clerk follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence. Responsibilities would include support of Material Schedule Coordinator in various Clerical disciplines.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES: To perform additional duties as assigned in direct support of departmental requirements.
